For this week’s Leadership Journal, I would like you to create a Leadership Timeline. Write about six key events in your leadership development: three in the past, one in the present, and two in the future:

Describe how three events in the past played a formative role in your growth as a leader.
Describe one current event that is challenging you to grow as a leader.
Visualize two events in your future and describe how you will grow as a leader.
