Exonerated – provided you with a few (well, a lot of) examples of people wrongly convicted. While it is impossible to say for certain what proportion of people are wrongly convicted, as we’d have to know how many are innocent rather than later proven innocent, we can say for certain that at least some people are wrongly convicted. How pervasive do you think the problem is? Taken together with the fact that racial/ethnic minorities are more likely to be found guilty, is this problem connected to the claims of a racial bias?
