Chapter 1: Introduction
1.1 Rationale for the Study (200 words)
Task: 1. Explain why it is important. 2. Explain why it is of interest + why it is worth doing
1.2 Background and Context of the Study (150 words)
Task: Explain which country this study is focused on, explain that it is based in a college, include some details about the college, make it as clear as possible
1.3 Aims and Objectives of the Study (100 words)
Task: Needs two more aims and two more objectives
1.4 Main Research Questions (100 words)
Task: One more question is needed and questions need to be addressed clearly
1.5 Structure of the Dissertation (200 words)

Chapter 2: Literature review (150 words)
Task: More reading about Leading and managing change (specifically Carnall cycle, Fullan Lewin�s work on resistance to change) needed to be included in this chapter.
Chapter 4: Discussion and Analysis of Results (1100 words)
TASK: The results are already written. You need to analyse and discuss the written results. You mostly need to write similarities and differences with the findings (by referring to the authors) in Literature review part. Also self – reflection needs to be included in some places as well.
Please note that results, discussion, analyse and reflection are all mixed (not written as a different chapter)
Chapter5: Conclusions (800 words)
