The topic is on customer profitability analysis, of which the focus of investigation is on the adoption rate. CPA AND ABC are different areas however a subheading on ABC can be brought in and related to the topic. Hence relevant literature review on this is needed.

use of information- It is essential to observe scholarly conventions for the attribution of the work of others. It is essential to refer to your sources when quoting actual text, when referring to numerical data or when using a diagram or figure found in the literature.
-Figures,pictures, diagrams, models,maps and tables(numerical data usually) should be clearly labelled and of sufficient size to be readable.
The source of each map, picture, diagram or statistical table should be clearly acknowledged.
Thus each figure or table should have:
1. A number( so that you can refer to it as an explanation or illustration of your argument in the main text).
2. a title
3. the source
Overall, the literature review is the most critical part of the dissertation and should be written properly, it shows that proper research has been done too as related to the topic.
