Compare two cases dealing with the issue of fundamental breach under the CISG but decided by different national courts or arbitral bodies. Discuss the facts of each case and apply the interpretive provisions of the CISG to the decision. You must provide analysis on the correctness of the decision and decide whether national judges or arbiters have followed the guidelines set out in the preamble and Article 7 of the convention.
