Improve memory while studying

Write a 500 word manual on how to study based on memory. Describe how to study
to improve memory. Use example such as elaborative rehearsal, grouping, state
dependent learning, method of loci. Also describe habits that do not make for good
memory while studying such as; cramming, highlighting, massed practice etc.
