Write an appraisal examining how and why IKEA is expanding based on the Strategic Management Process.
Read the IKEA Case study and examine how and why it is expanding based on the Strategic Management Process. What is IKEA’s Vision? Then evaluate at national level the opportunities and threats American businesses are experiencing (this course is about education). This paper should be based on a review of the literature available, including but not limited to readings and lecture notes from Week 1 of this course. A minimum of 5 peer-reviewed journal articles and/or books must be used in preparation of the paper.
The paper is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling. The paper is to be 10 pages. The student will automatically lose points if these limits are not followed. Journal articles and books should be referenced according to APA style (the library has a copy of the APA Manual).
