I have the training project (field project ) and I did most important part, you find two attachment one is the guideline and other is real project what I need is paraphrase all project and write from your self section #3 which is Reflection on (1) Learning (2) Problems/Challenges Faced ( you find the requirement on the guideline file), on below some important point:

1- I need to paraphrase all sentence with clear idea

2- check if the explanation is wrong and try to diversification of explanation.

3- the maximum # of pages is 12

4- check the SWOT analysis and give a good and clear sentence.

5- in the section #2 (Reporting on Duties & Work Activities) their is four job assignment you have to follow the guideline for each job separately. also in the all job their is a same argument, so don’t give same idea for all job, and try to diversification of explanation for each job.
