According to the Mental Health America (MHA), it is ineffective and “unjust to impose
criminal liability and punishment” on individuals with mental disabilities who commit
crimes, including mwders- Considering the rights of both the perpetrator and the
victim and arguing from the biopsychosocial understanding of the causes/etiology,
characteristics and treatment of mental disorders as discussed in this came and/or
elsewhere, do you agree with MHA?
