Instructional Design Project: Training Proposal (30 points)

Instructions:

Design a training program using the grading rubric in the syllabus. If you are in an HRD position,

develop a program that you may implement in your organization. Do not send me one that you already

used. If you are a student try to find an HRD person to help you with the proposal, otherwise

develop the example you used in the assignment on needs assessment, or take an example from the

book or the course and develop it.
The purpose of the training proposal is to provide you, the designer, with the opportunity to

demonstrate your basic knowledge and skills in designing a training proposal. Make sure you explain

your selection of participants and the development of your assessment tools. There are no limits on

the number of pages. Send your papers to the “Assignments”
