How does leadership affect quality of care in nursing

I have got already the most of the dissertation. I will attach the main body of the dissertation- the methodology section and the themes. I will also attach the university requirements( mentioned below) and 2 past dissertation examples. I am missing the following bits in the beginning:

As per university requirements:
Abstract: (150 words)
A summary of the key issues in the project

Introduction: (250 words)
This should take a sweeping look at the key issues and their sequence
as they are addressed in your review. It tells the reader what is to come.

Focus question and rationale: (500 words)
You should provide a rationale for the chosen focus of the review highlighting the professional, clinical and conceptual relevance of your review question. This section should clearly articulate the aspect of practice that will be at the centre of the project and how the literature review will contribute to its evaluation. Your rationale should make reference to current policies and/or research related to evidence based practice and the role of extended literature reviews in that process.

Then I have the methodology, themes and i need the following also:

Strengths and limitations of this extended literature review: (300 words)Within this discussion you should discuss how successfully you have addressed you review question and thereby the practice significance of your findings. You should consider both strengths and weaknesses of your project.

Implications/Recommendations for Practice: (500 words) You should include a critical discussion of the implications for nursing practice arising out of the findings of the review.
This part is especially important as my dissertation mentor gave me instruction to include a discussion – How would i develop in others and in myself. She instructed me to use from internet NHS Leadership Academy Competences Framework and CQC Competences 2016 to take ideas from there how a leadership can be implemented to practice. She will expect references.

Conclusions (250 words)You should end your project by looking back over the arguments you have developed and summarizing the main points of your analysis.
