Doctor’s instructions:
This is to announce the guidelines, instructions and expectations of your final group assignment (Project) in this term which accounts for (20%) or your final grade. You are expected to work in the same group formations used in working on your case study presentations.The list of topics will be announced during class time next week from which each group will select a topic to work on.

Projects’ guidelines:

The report must be typed and should include Figures and pictures if necessary. A separate template is also provided with the main sections that will make things easy for you in terms of formatting. The following are the necessary elements that must be included in the report.

1. Title page

2. Abstract

3. Table of Contents with page numbers for sections

4. Introduction about the topic of research (Finalized and approved by the Instructor)

5. Literature on the topic selected (Write inferences from the references you found in the topic in your own words)

6. Focus area of the study

7. OM concepts applied

8. Findings

9. Recommendations

10. Conclusion

11. References

Resources: Books, Journals, Magazines, Internet etc (All resources must be presented at the end of the report in reference section)

Note: Please note that you work on the topic agreed with the Instructor. Please make sure that you only extract necessary information from the references and abstain from giving me extensive content directly copied from other sources.

Our instructions:
First in the introduction, all aspects of health care operation management should me mentioned. In the body only one aspect requires a research in depth (you can choose which aspect you will focus on in the literature review).
