Read the Case Study conversation on pages 1-4 in the text and answer the following questions:

Name and explain how each of the 3 primary features and each of the 3 secondary features are evident (or not) in the group. Be sure to refer to specific statements that the group members make that illustrate the primary and secondary features to support your responses.
Imagine you are a member of that group. Do you see enough of the factors that would contribute to a successful group, enough so that you would continue to want to work with the group? Explain your response and provide 2 reasons you think the group could be successful or not (or you could make a list of advantages or disadvantages the group might experience).

Read the Case Study on pages 23-25 in the text and answer the following questions:

Since the group members in the study were required by their job to work in the group. Explain the kind of attitude person in the group had about working in the group (favorable, unfavorable or neutral) and explain how you made that assessment about each individual.
Imagine you have been assigned to assist the group in its socialization process, describe which of the concepts describe in Chapter 2 you could utilize to assist each and every member in becoming socialized to the group There are 5 group members, so be sure to explain a concept for each group member and describe how you think that concept will help that person become socialized
