Order Description

You do not have to submit a printed hardcopy of your report. I will just grade your electronic copy. If you would like edits or comments to your report, then you will need to bring me a printed copy of your lab report on Friday. Regardless, if you bring a printed copy you still must have an electronic copy on Blackboard before the start of lab on Friday.

Below is the rubric I will use to grade your lab reports. Follow the instructions on pages 104 and 105 of your lab manual. The report is worth a total of 100 points. (50 points for Chapter 11 and 50 points Chapter 12).

5 pts: Title
5 pts: Objective
10 pts: Methods
15 pts: Results/Discussion
15 pts: Conclusion
10 pts: Organization Flow (Does your paper make sense? Did you come to a conclusion? Proper transitions)
15 pts: Tables and Charts (Labeled properly and neatly incorporated into your report Give your tables/charts a name i.e. Chart 1: Chart showing _____)
5 pts: Academic tone/writing
5 pts: Grammar (No major grammar mistakes in your writing
10 pt: Followed all formatting instructions
5 pts: In text citations and references cited and in proper format
Total 100 points
