Order Description
1-an introduction to the proposal, identifying the subject for research in terms of theoretical issues and relevant empirical applications: The purpose of the study is to compare the effect of two
instrumentation techniques on the incidence of flare-ups.
2-a review of relevant literature.
3-Outline the research methods: two similar groups of patient requiring root canal treatment for necrotic permanent tooth, procedure will be identical in terms of operative variables(irrigation,
intracanal medicament, obturation technique and no. of visit)
in each group a different instrumentation technique will be used group(1) manual step back technique. group(2) rotary crown-down technique.
flare-up incidences in form of swelling or sever pain will be recorded and examined statistically to find correlation between type of instrumentation technique and flare up rate.
4-an indication on how the research will contribute to extend understanding of flare-ups.
