– Prepare a report for Murrays Bank to seek funds to acquire the carpentry business
– Due diligence on Garrys Woodworks Business reviewing financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow etc)
– Business credibility in the market
– Customer Base
– Completed and current projects etc

-Please note to use Australian business concepts and terminology as the assignment has to be based on an Australian business.
– This assignment entails that we want to buy the woodwork business but before that we need to show the bank the business structure and if the bank will get its money back
-Please follow structure of the report as outlined below
-Please make sure in the review of financial section that a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, assets and liabilities, cash flow are completed on excel. All things are to be made up.
-I’ll be providing most of the material which will help you in writing the report. I’ll also be providing examples of assignments that were written beforehand which will help. (Note Use only the first 30-40pages as reference as the others are out dated)
