Order Description

There is two group of people work together for three days from 9 am to 5 pm first group name (MPOD) and second name is (SIGO) ,

MPOD FROM united state has 37 people THIS IS MY GROUP .
SIGO FROM Belgium IN EUROPE has 16 people.

here is a syllabus of assignment :

Please submit a 7-10 page reflective essay that applies your understanding of Complex Responsive Process (or the theoretical assumptions upon which it is based) to one of the following:
– a recent/current situation, project, or change effort at work
– your experience in the simulation
– your future ideas or images as a change agent

Analyze your experience, reactions, or future images using the CRP lens and develop both explanations for why things happen now and for how you would or could intervene differently from the perspective of CRP. Link to readings where appropriate.
