how the family developed, and interacted across generations,
and any other pertinent information (2-3 pages). 15 points
2) Genogram including at least three generations (hand drawn is
fine unless you prefer a computer-based program (1 page

Campbell book (below)
3) Family’s formal and informal role structure, communication,
and organization of power (3-4 pages). 20 points
4) Functioning, including family development , family strengths
and resources, and family coping style (3-4 pages). 20 points
5) Develop a plan for integrating family theory based
interventions into the advanced practice nursing care of this
family. This does not need to focus on a problem, but rather can
be about promoting health (3-4 pages). 2opoints
6) Briefly describe how your own experiences with being part of
your particular family may influence the way you work with
families (1 -2pages). 10 points
