Project description
-Compose a corrido about yourself, or about a particular event, or about someone
else (careful use a pseudonym or be certain there is no conflict in your
representing someone in this way)
-The song should be strophic, with mainly syllabic setting of the text
-The text should include at least three verses of four lines each using the same
rhyme scheme throughout.
**Please keep the lyrics to an R rating or below.

Note that the textbook describes the corrido as the diary, the archive of mans life
(Jon Pereles in Shelemay, 210).
