Using the evaluations/assessments you’ve completed in the last four lessons and chapters as a starting point,

1. What have you learned about yourself and your chosen topic (remember to include things like your communication style,
substance abuse assessment, stress level, career path or budget from previous lessons). How has this information changed
you and your view on life?

2. How has entering college affected you with regards to your topic? What have you learned about yourself as a result of
studying your topic? Explore this issue in detail (reflect on where you were when you wrote your autobiography and where you are now).

3. Locate at least 2 on or off campus organizations/places where you can go to get assistance with your issue or learn
more about dealing with it. There are many places on campus and in the community that can serve as resources for these topics.

4. Using the resources you’ve found, please tell me about the plan you have for mastering your topic and reaching your goals.
