In a separate section of your paper (use subheadings to distinguish sections) discuss the following:

How would you set up the HR system for your project?
Why do you think HR should be set up this way (cite the appropriate literature)?
What type or types of contracts do you think would be most useful to your project Based on the recommendations in the project management literature?
Why do you think these items are important?
Under what circumstances do you think that it might be acceptable to “look the other way” when confronted with evidence of unethical behavior?
Why do you think so?
What are three (3) possible negative consequences that YOU might incur if you do decide to “look the other way?”
