compare the approach taken within the EU with that taken in the United States of America. Where possible, you should discuss to which category of the three major environmental policy making
categories (i. command and control regulation; ii. market based instruments; iii. voluntary regulation) the legislation identified from your country would belong. Integrate in your analysis at
