Engineering Proposal – I need 3 researched candidate solutions to an engineering problem. I had chosen sensors for explosive devices, but could not find many academic sources (i.e. peer reviewed journals, current books). I was thinking of doing it on the California drought and creating new water conversation resources. Is there any other topic you would suggest?
