In O’Keefe v William Muir’s Pty Limited T/A Troy Williams The Good Guys [2011] FWA 5311, a worker made the following remarks about his employer on his home computer:
“…how the f..k work can be so f…..g useless and mess up my pay again…C…s are going down tomorrow”

The court noted that the fact that the comments were made on the employee’s home computer, out of work hours, does not make any difference. In the court’s view, the separation between home and work
