this is will be a part of a project paper. so, I want 8 pages as in introduction to the paper and the other five will a part of the economic analysis of this project.
the introduction is supposed to be about the rare earth elements that we intend to extract so; this intro should include the definition, the names, types, differences, and uses of each element. it should also talk about the demand of these elements and the supply of these element as well and how china is dominating the supply so, we have this project in U.S.

the other 5 pages should answer these question below without stating the questions
– Explain why the rare earths elements oxides prices are down
– how is the demand of RRE affecting the prices of it
– what to be expected of the prices in the future and why
– what are possible reasons to make the price to go up
– what might happen if china uses its own production and export non
– what if China quit selling the REE to USA, how much the prices will be affected
