1. “Well, the ever-popular YouTube, which is owned by Google, has recently been in the middle of a powerful debate.

People who post on YouTube and want to earn some money from their posts can opt into a YouTube feature that allows them to monetize their videos and earn money because ads will be placed with their videos.

YouTube has offered this service for a while and has had an advertising policy about which videos can be monetized and which cannot. However, just recently, YouTube has made its advertising policy more visible which has opened up a debate about the acceptability of the policy.
