Please make 5 menu’s titled Diamonds in the Rough. You have to do five because each reflects a week and some months are composed of five weeks. I attached five examples and you can use some of that information when composing yours but it must have a pink boarder and you have to show more detail than the samples provided. YOu must indicate breakfast lunch and dinner as well as snacks. YOu must list the portions size of everrything for example, cup, 1/2 cup but portions for everything must be indicated. YOu have to indicate what sort of meat for example turkey, sausage, chicken, beef etc. This is for a Adult Residential Facility so it must be healthy and well balanced menu. Samples are provided in title 17 and title 22 of regulations if you want to read up on some of the kind on menus suggested for facilites for disabled individuals. This individuals will come from south central regional center in los angeles./ You can look that agency up to see what sort of population they deal with but overall the menu must be full of healthy things including the snacks. Please be very specific as to size and types of items. At the bottom of the sample menus the writing has to be large enough if you should decide to have a ledger or asterick* items and explain in a box below be sure that writing is legible. Be sure to include times of breakfast lunch dinner and snack s too.

IF you gonna place soup on there indicate what type of soup…be detaILED for everything. Please remember this is based on nutritous foods and well balanced. Make to look nice and appealing to the eye like the samples but be as detailed as possble.
