Demographic Profiles Poster Presentation Develop a demographic profile of your home town and a profile of a city that you might like to live in someday. Create tables and graphs to illustrate your findings, highlighting the most interesting aspects of each place. Include pictures and maps of both cities. Make sure and include the following information: Total population sizes in 1990 and 2010 (Census data) Population pyramids Demographic characteristics: race/ethnicity distributions, median incomes, education levels, median ages, sex ratios, fertility rates, household structures, labor force information, plus other interesting information Population densities The Demography text book lists web pages for demographic data on page 39, Box 2-5 Make sure and include references on the poster for all of your data.
