Deep learning: data selection by DBN & forecasting time series data

Order Description

I am PhD student, my research aim is to forecasting Possession of New Registrations of Private Vehicles in China by using AI. Before this, I have used BP neural network to do forecast. please see attachment “economic indicate for car sales volume raw”, I am using data from 2002 to 2012 as training data in BP neural network, and using data from 2013-2014 as test data. but there are 30 indicates list here. what I have done is reduce the indicates to 13 by using Grey Relational Analysis. Grey Relational Analysis can caculate the relation degree between the input data and output data, measure the relation by compare the relation degree they have.

However, Grey Relational Analysis need to set a number(usually to be 0.7, this is set by human) as a rule. if the Grey Relational degree is higer then 0.7, and we use this indicate for input. As this result, my superviser need me to using deep learning for select indicates, because he have read a paper called “2016 IE16 – A hybrid approach for time series forecasting using deep learning” see attachment. In this paper, writer use Deep Belief Networks(DBN) to select indicates rather then using human action(select Grey Relational degree as 0.7 to do Grey Relational Analysis).

So what I need is a deep learning programming, which just copy what this paper have done(“2016 IE16 – A hybrid approach for time series forecasting using deep learning”) , and apply my data by using his method.

and I need to know how is his method by using my data. Finally I can compare this result with my previous work(BP neural network forecasting). ***So this order is totally relate to this paper, read it carefully and understand it.***

This order can be two part. 1. select the indicates by using DBN 2.forecast the Possession of New Registrations of Private Vehicles in China by using NARX ANN model.(which all mentioned on paper)

The first part need to be done by 27th November, and the deadline for the second part can be discuss but no more then 1 weeks later. Programming language can be Matlab or python 3.5+
