In this Challenge, you will use Microsoft Word to draft a blog entry about the problem you selected and share details for how you plan to solve it. Many people are likely facing the same problem you selected, and sharing your thoughts could be helpful to others. Drafting in Word can help you refine your writing until you are ready to share it online, if you decide to do so. (Keep in mind that a blog is just a website or web page that is created and updated by an individual or small group, so the tone can be informal. For samples of blogs, go to www.blogger.com or www.tumblr.com.)
Follow the steps below to draft your blog. [If you don’t remember how to operate any of these functions in Microsoft Word, refer back to TestOut, the course material in the LEARN section, your instructor, or Google it!]
INSTRUCTIONS 1) Title your blog
a) Make your title a header (use Heading 1 font as well as the Header function) so that it stands out.
b) The title of your document should briefly restate your problem. (Examples: The Struggles of Time Management Issues, Starting a New Business, etc,). If you can, try to create a catchy title that would make someone want to read your blog entry.
2) Write an overview of your problem and why it is important to you
a) Write a summary of your problem. Include why you chose the problem and why it is important to you. Why do you care about this problem? Why should others care?
b) Write this overview as if you were talking to a friend. Let it be conversational.
c) Italicize and center the text of the Overview.
d) Make your Overview title a header (use Heading 2).

3) List all possible solutions
a) Write a list of all possible solutions that you came up with.
b) Make it a bulleted or numbered list.
c) Your list should have 7-10 possible solutions
4) Share your top recommended solution
a) Describe what you think this is the best plan to solve your problem.
b) Explain why you chose this solution above others.
c) Create a table, chart or other visual listing both the benefits and risks of your recommended solution.
5) Provide Additional Resources for Solution
a) List three to five additional credible online resources which provide details to help you implement your solution.
b) Each resource should include the website name, article name, and web address (URL link). Each link should appear as a hyperlink.
6) Format and save your document
a) Change the font to a new one that you feel is clean and easy to read.
b) Add one color to some of the font in the document – the title, overview, or another area.
c) Add a footer with page numbers.
d) Be sure to spell check your document to check for any typos or errors.

THE PROBLEM THAT I SELECT IS
CUSTOMER HANDLING
Some problems are experienced in the workplace, in the surrounding and all other areas in life. This paper gets to outline the problems encountered in the workplace. The particular challenge that is discussed here is on handling customers. I have selected the problem because of the many complaints from the customers since they feel that they are not treated in the right manner. The topic is relevant because if ignored, adverse effects on the economy of a country would be encountered.

The resources were very helpful and credible, and they helped me understand the importance of discussing the issue as well as confirming that customer handling is an issue. The resources outlined the challenges that face the customers, and the other stakeholders in the workplace. Also, I was able to find solutions to the issues. Moreover, methods of dealing with the clients who feel unsatisfied are outlined and also the company challenges that makes the buyers not comfortable.

The resources were not useful in the study. In the first resource, the information given is about cybercrimes and the ways in which the customers handling problems are treated are not discussed. In the other support which involves therapy, is also not useful. This is because the customers do not require any counseling instead needs the services of the businesses improved.
As my research, the problem is caused by inefficient training of the people handling the customers. The problem impacts me since am not able to buy the goods and services that I need due to poor communication skills among the people serving me. The problem creates problems, for example, the customers do not attain what they demand for. (Dupré et al., 2014) The issue impacts others especially the family members because the parents are not always able to provide what they ought to give.
