The experience you will discuss is when a co-worker of mine and the super, who had a higher position than him had a discussion regarding my co-workers check. my co-worker went on to tell me how his check did not come to the amount that it should have come. then i spoke to the super, and he told me that he had not made the mistake when he filledout our pay stub but they had made the mistake at the office where they fill out the checks. My co-worker went on to say to me how his check was not what it should have been, and told me that “good thing i did not come to work the next day, like he shouid have been since he was on the schedule to work that day, and continued by saying that if i would have came something was going to happen”. The super somehow overheard the conversation that my co-worker had with me, and asked me what he said. I told the super that he said “good thing he didnt show up to work the next day because something would have happened”. The super thought he should bring this up to higher management, and after discussing the matter, management decided to fire my co-worker for poor behavior. The paper should be based on this experience and what i mentioned above, tie the experience with the ten chapter concepts plus the terms highlighted in the chapters,(there are many in each chapter but you are only required to use 2-5 from each chapter) etc. the two books you need to use are interpersonal conflict ninth edition, that is the main book which the 10 class lessons are derived from, chapters 1-10. and difficult conversations, how to discuss what matters most.
