Comparative Tort Law

Order Description

“TASK
1. Produce a research paper:

(a) comparing English Law of Torts and Islamic Tort Law; and

(b) comparing English Law of Torts and Tort Law in another country/jurisdiction of your choice which must be a non Western system.

Each component (a) and (b) above must be at least 2,000 words each, totalling 4,000 words as a minimum.

In each (a) and (b) you must;

– Define and describe each of your systems you are comparing.
Include the similarities and differences between the systems.

– Include at least THREE examples of case law each in both (a) and (b)

– Compare at least FOUR areas of English Law of Torts and (a) and English Law of Torts and (b).

– Each comparison must be a minimum of 400 words.

– Each source used for your research must be clearly cited using a reference system of your choice which is consistent throughout your paper.

– The full text version of your research paper must be size 11 point font
