Refer to power point slides related to FLS.o Discuss the organization’s business-level strategies used to compete in their domain. o In what ways do the company’s structure and culture match its strategies? In other words, how do the company’s structure and culture increase effectiveness? o Is the company operating in more than one domain? Use the same company you analyzed in homework 1-3.o Does revolutionary or evolutionary best describe the changes that have been taking place in the company? Briefly describe some of those changes.o With the information you have at your disposal, discuss (a) the forces for change, (b) obstacles to change, and (c) the organizational development techniques the company used to manage the change.o Have recent efforts to make organizational change been successful? How do you know? If the change efforts have not been successful, what recommendations would you make?
