New Concept Bar Cocktails
Our Concept is a Cocktails bar, the target are young people from 18 to 25 but it is open to everyone. We are focus especially in students. The location and place will be in Bulle Switzerland. We will target all institution and university.
You will have to talk about segmentation and targeting + Positioning and differentiation
Talk about having technology in the bar to differentiate from the competitors
Learning Outcomes (from the CRS):
1. Evaluate how current concepts and principles of marketing are applied; 2. Research and synthesize selected marketing practices in the 21st century;
3. Analyse elements of core strategy;
4. Evaluate the Product and related issues including the characteristics of services;
5. Assess Promotion concepts, methods and materials;
Organization & Methodology: I have to identify the service product attributes and benefits to be communicated and define the value proposition. I will have to then build a formal report document covering segmentation, target markets, positioning and differentiation. More detailed guidelines, a template and examples will be given in class. The word count for this project is a minimum 750 words and a maximum of 850 references and appendices are excluded).
