It’s a report about Cobra beer and it is made of 4 questions.

Question 1 is regarding the external environment of the market (PESTEL and Porter’s five forces) I would like to focus on the UK or the European market rather than the global one.

Question 2 is regarding the internal environment of Cobra beer (chain value and resource based theory) including their competitive advantage (differentiation or cost advantage).

Question 3 is regarding their reputation and crises.

Question 4, which is the most important one, is regarding the company’s business strategy ,which is based mostly on the competitive advantage mentioned in Q2, and about the corporate strategy e.g.. market expansion. Then you evaluate 2 of these strategies using SAF and then you mention how they are applied e.g. exporting in Q4.
