• Example sequence traces – good and bad (part of)
• Sequences of each clone with vector, primer(s) and insert sequence indicated
• Combined forward and reverse insert sequence, if possible Text to accompany above

3. Table of BLAST results for each clone (including top hit(s) with score and E-value, chromosomal position)
• ENSEMBL results showing alignment with genomic sequence, exons etc. These must be properly annotated and described.
