-Define what is meant by social entrepreneurship and provide an illustrative example of a social entrepreneurship business model that have independently researched. Critically discuss what is meant Porter’s Creating Shared Value(CSV) and provide on in depth example to demonstrate how an organization has adopted and benefitted from practicing CSV. Higher scoring answers demonstrate evidence of wider reading and the usage of independently researched industry examples and academic research that critique the merits and limitations of the above concepts .

Part B

-conduct a literature review on the user innovation that articulates the key underlying theoretical concepts such as “sticky knowledge” and the “lead user method”. Review academic journal articles to uncover what empirical research has been done on “user innovation”. For example, what evidence is there of organisations adopting user innovation practices? In doing so, what are the limitations and advantages of such an approach?  What were the goals of engaging with users. is idea generation, to improve usability of services/products, are users engaged at all stages of the innovation process or is more ad hoc.  Are there other untapped opportunities for organisations to adopt a user innovation approach to their business?  The best answers will be enriched by detailed critiques of the ‘how and why aspects of the practice of user innovations in organizations.
