Instructions

All 4 questions carry equal marks. Questions 1 to 2 should be attempted in Excel; question 3 and 4 in Word. Harvard referencing be utilised in relation to question 3 and 4 deducted if it is not used.
You should upload one file in Excel format which will contain your answers to question 1 to 2; and another file in Word format which will contain your answer to question 3 and 4. Question 3 and 4 should be between 800 to 1000 words each, excluding references.
