Description: In this project, you are asked to perform analysis for an observational study of times to re-infection for patients with sexually transmitted diseases (STD). The description of this study is given in the next page. Although you are free to conduct whatever analysis you feel appropriate for this data set, the following components should be included in your analysis
Conduct some descriptive data analysis.
Conduct analyses for time to re-infection with each covariate and presents your results both analytically and graphically.
Conduct regression analysis for the data to discover the factors related to risk of re-infection. Make sure to perform model diagnostics and determine possible interactions.

For this project, you are required to write an essay no more than 12 pages (at most 25 lines each page) excluding the appendices to report what you do. The report should contain at least the following four sections: Background-describe the clinical aspect of STD for which you may need to do research through internet; Method and Results-describe your statistical methods and the corresponding results including tables and graphs; Summary of Findings-summarize and interpret what you find; Appendices-include all the technical stuff that you may want to explain and SAS/R codes.
