Order Description

The Design – It has been determined that there is a commercial market for industrial properties in
this area. To that end you are to design a steel framed warehousing facility of some 1000 square
metres. To allow for the widest range of loading scenarios the access doors to the warehouse
should be a minimum of 4.5m high. The site should also have around 150 square metres of
offices, separate to the warehouse. The finished design must facilitate access, parking and turning
for two articulated lorries and ten cars.
