write an individual term paper on affirmative action and if it should be enforced in the workplaces. My current feeling is that affirmative action should be enforced in the workplace. I feel that most companies believe and adverise that they have cultural diversity but it not at the upper levels of management/executive.
I plan to research and prove this statement by taking a look at the levels of education of current graduation, the positions that each race is receiving based on the same level of education and number of diverse executives in top companies in the United States.
