Your task is to choose a faculty member who has made a difference in your undergraduate education and is known for having a significant positive impact on your peers in undergraduate education. (my University name is University of Minnesota). Make sure find someone from my college.
Then begin to develop the action plans necessary to complete the Nomination process by January 12, 2017.
For this assignment: There are three things you need to deliver for this assignment:
1. One âsupporting Letterâ using the template included in the link above (two page maximum).
2. One action plan that includes; – Tasks (at least 8 are required) – Timeline for each task and how tasks are related to each other – Resources required for each task (people and time) – Methods for reporting progress and issues if there are changes. This could be 1-2 sentences at the top of your action plan page (Example of one task – i. Write 75 word Nomination Summary,

3. Develop a timeline graphic using all of your tasks.

1. Supporting letter (2 points: Who, Why you are nominating, and the example(s) of behavior)
2. Action Plan (4 points: 2 points for having correct 8 actions and 2 points for completeness
based on requirements)
3. Graphic Timeline (3 points): clear and understandable timeline
4. Writing Quality (1 point): understandable writing with coherent structure and minimal
grammar mistakes or typos.
