This 4th part is a written report, and it MUST follow the Purdue OWL method. It includes the following:
a 1-2 page memo summarizing the results of your analysis.
a 6-9 page report detailing your findings and recommendations of the Hanover company. In this report you will want to focus on everything required, especially:
Business Processes and Planning
How the company is doing and where they could improve (considering recommending how they could improve)
Follow the order of the first parts, so for instance, focus on the CVP analysis, then the costing types (absorption verses variable), variance analysis and benchmarking, followed by Alternative costing like ABC.
Even though ficticious, the company while having some success is faced with challenges, so consider where you think the company should go and how do they get there?
Consider inserting some portions of the excel data from Milestones 1, 2, and 3. this will help the reader grasp what you are saying. Do not simply attach the excel reports, this is not what the instructor is looking for.
