Basically I chose Argos as a company to talk about and in the 4 headings your required to talk about eg Leadership:- the style things are being implemented. The policy and so fort. what is the
strength of that leader ship style, talk about company leaders who make the final say, the directors, the cf, the manager, the date they were hired and how they made decisions in the company.

Business org and culture:- how they organise the business, how is argos organised

Business sustainability and growth:- Means by which company sustains itself and drives for growth

Corporate governance:- how they pay their employee in terms of serial contracts and how they look after their employees. This means are you a good and responsible employer ? eg corporate governance
in Santander monitors employees on how they use the internet.

share ? find the company strategy or mission statement so you can see how the strategy is implemented, what are you propsing to do? you look from an outsiders point of view and say how do they do
it ? have they achieved it ?
From an outsiders point of view suggest something like for example :- if you want to do x, this is how you do it, are there any overlap?
