Order Description
Critically discuss a patient’s endoscopic findings following gastroscopy. The findings are a peptic ulcer in the duodenal bulb and a helicobacter pylori infection which was detected with a rapid urease. Formulate a management plan for the above based upon current NICE and BSG guidelines.
