1. What type of decision model or models are used in the movie? How does it impact the process? Describe why it was effective or ineffective.
2. What is dialogue and describe what you observed about dialogue. Describe at least two of the dialogue killers observed.
3. Describe the impact of advocacy and inquiry. Why are these two methods of dialogue different and what was the role they played in the juror process?
4. The three Cs can be viewed in the movie. How? What is the impact of the jurors’ decision making process? Why?
